We are gearing up to kick off our 2026-2027 LGH Mentor Program! The mentor program is open to all LGH graduates and current class members. Please complete this form if you would like to participate as a mentee or mentor (or both!). 

We will announce matches on Friday, September 25th at a breakfast event, so go ahead and mark your calendars! If you cannot attend this event, no biggie! We can e-introduce matches. When you complete the form, you will mark whether or not you can attend.

Like any other relationship, mentoring relationships take work. We have carefully crafted a six-month-long mentoring program designed to give mentors and mentees the tools they need to succeed and make a lasting impact on one's professional and leadership development.

Time commitment: We ask that you connect with your match at least once a month for six months. If you’re matched in September, that means meeting once a month between October and March. Your monthly meetings can be whatever works best for your schedules—coffee, lunch, virtual chats, or another format that makes it easy to connect.

The deadline to apply for the mentor program is September 15th.
